2. Data we collect
We only collect the data you voluntarily provide when completing the newsletter subscription form: name and email address. Additionally, we may collect anonymous technical data such as IP address, browser type and pages visited, exclusively when you grant your consent through the cookie banner.
3. Purpose of processing
Data is used for the following purposes: (a) to send informational and commercial communications about real estate crowdlending projects and related developments; (b) to measure the general interest in the published content; (c) to comply with applicable legal obligations. We do not sell or transfer your data to third parties for advertising purposes.
4. Legal basis
Processing is based on your free, express and informed consent (Law 25.326 on the Protection of Personal Data of the Argentine Republic) and on the legitimate interest of the company in providing information about its products and services.

We retain data as long as the communication relationship lasts or until you request its deletion. Anonymous technical data is kept for a maximum of 24 months.

The Agency for Access to Public Information, in its capacity as Supervisory Body under Law 25.326, has the authority to handle complaints and claims filed by those whose rights are affected by non-compliance with the applicable rules.

We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect personal data against unauthorised access, loss or alteration, including encryption in transit through TLS 1.3.
